Job Description

  1. Implements line trial testing of new products
  2. Documents tools and maintenance activity
  3. Assists engineering with data collection & analysis for continues improvement projects
  4. Anticipates possible issues with production and recommends/implements solutions
  5. Manages Total Productive Maintenance program of machines
  6. Ensures that the safety equipment of machinery is in place during production
  7. Evaluates and coach performance of mechanics
  8. Maintains Quality of products
  9. Maintains lean processes
  10. Engaged in setting up and installing machinery. Machinery types: Liquid fillers, labelers,   cartoners, conveyors and machinery involved in cosmetic production assemblies.
  11. Assists mechanics to diagnose malfunctions of the machinery
  12. Document Standard Operating Procedures to define floor operations
  13. Develops Manufacturing Instructions to assist line leaders execute continuous


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required:  Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience at a manufacturing plant
  • Experience in formulating and directing a Total Productive Maintenance program
  • Possess safety awareness in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office tools in the following manner: Excel – (sorting data, creating tables and creating graphs); Outlook – (scheduling tasks, calendar invitations and general professional correspondence); Word – (document creation/editing); PowerPoint – (presentation creation/editing)
  • Good communication skills to interact with different groups of people effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
