Assist and support the Mana Contract Sales Executives with the daily management of, communication with, and growth of various accounts. Manage customer contacts and projects through to receipt of a purchase order. The role is then extended to help internal operations with all the information necessary to execute the finished product. The role of the contract sales associate is to be the primary liaison between outside sales and all internal departments to carry out all functions necessary to bring a project from conception to the market

Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazard for corrective action. Ensuring that in-process documentation is followed and complete.

Scanning of all raw materials of in process batches and double checking for all weights.

Labeling and forwarding of in-process batch samples to the Lab.

At least 2 years of accounting related education. Four or more years of practical experience

Knowledge of standard Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and regulations

Knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One

Ability to work independently, work under pressure,  analyze and solve problems as well as multitask.

Must be an excellent communicator (will be working closely with many other employees and vendors). Experience within a manufacturing environment is extremely helpful


BA/BS in Finance, Supply Chain or related field

3-5 years experience in Finance, Supply Chain or a combination of the two

Strong communication, analytical abilities and organizational skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PPT and Word. Experience working with ERP systems and Reporting tools. JD Edwards Enterprise 1 or Reports Now a plus
